Acid-washed and bleached personalized jeans
If you happen to look into fashion magazines, you surely know that acid
washed customized jeans are absolutely trendy nowadays. They were popular
in the end of the 1980s and beginning of the 1990s and will set the trends
in denim fashion of the coming season.

Acid washed jeans are made with the use of chloride bleaching and pumice stone
washing technologies which results in a special color of the pants. Pumice stones
are soaked in chloride solution and then are used for designer jeans treatment.
Different contrasts of light and dark appear on the fabric. Bleaching process makes
jeans very light and serves appearance of irregular stains which gives an individual
touch to ready-made jeans.

who successfully combine them with blouse dresses or XL-shirts.
Acid-washed jeans exist in the trendy boyfriend look as well. Other popular models of custom
tailored jeans treated by acid include turned-over shorts with a wide belt, denim vests and
jeans shirts. However, the ultimate trend is probably embodied by acid-washed mini skirts which
come in soft bleaching shades. The best tops to come with them are simple white t-shirts or
multicolored tops.

Numerous designers like Balmain bleach and tear customized jeans in their latest collections. However,
this is still not the reason to spend a fortune on expensive destroyed jeans. You can simply customize
your jeans yourself giving them a trendy used look.
To do this you’ll need a pair of jeans, a bleacher and much creativity. The type of the bleaching solution
you take influences the result. To make a drastic look use chloride cleaning solutions like Klorix. However,
remember the liquid is quite aggressive and you should pay attention to the working time in order not to make
jeans fabric too fragile. The result will be very intensive as well – the parts treated with a cleaning
solution will become light very quickly and thus make a huge contrast to untreated parts. Important to remember
– do not use this method for tailor jeans with stretch – chloride destroys this material.
To achieve a softer change-over use the bleaching substance called eau de javel. You jeans should be soaked in
a liquid bleaching medium which will be after short time washed away. Even the smallest drops of the bleacher
leave light trails on the denim, so be careful with the use of it. However, small stains can also be made
deliberately and serve as a perfect attention attractor.
To design your jeans in a soft used look simply take pumice stones or a brush with baking powder. Put your jeans on,
jump into a bath with warm water and strongly rub with a pumice stone or a brush the places which should lose their
color. It is quite difficult and takes some time, but the result will be definitely worth it! To use this technique
you should wear your jeans on the body to define the places which will take the used look.
