Shipping & Returns

Production lengths vary on the intricacy of your order. Jeans without embroidery typically ship within 7 business days from when the order is placed. Pairs that have embroidery or are heavily distressed usually ship in 9 business days. We guarantee that every order will take less than two weeks to process.

Shipping with FedEx usually takes 3 days for delivery.

Shipping prices vary by country:

US is $10, or free if order is over $200

Canada is $15 (USD), or free if order is over $200

UK is £17 or £12 if order is over £200

Other countries are $20, or $10 if order is over $200

International Shipping

We do not take responsibility for dealing with customs clearance, duties or fees. We recommend you check with your country’s customs authority to ensure no difficulties with your order. Note, that due to the new customs regulations all orders shipped to Russia will be delivered with EMS, that takes around 10 days for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges:

In case of any problems, just drop a line to support@getwear.com and we'll find a solution to leave you satisfied. As a rule, we exchange jeans if they don’t fit properly, but usually for the same design. Returns (and refunds) are possible for defective items.
